Even if there's users signed up just go ahead and sign up as well if you want to play. Sometimes people don't show up or we may have enough to make 2 games.

Good clarification Nighthawk.

Added another rule. Your account must be level 20 and you have some runes in order to play. I have not decided yet if this applies to smurfs.

i think there are champions highly dependant on runes, as well as junglers, but i don't think you can make such decision. :P

I hope i dont get owned too badly...
Im on-call for work, would I get a point against me if I had to leave?

You shouldn't join if there's a decent possibility of you having to leave in the middle of it. Just wait until you have a time when you're not on-call. :)
