CertainlyT described him as being a good supportive champion while being viable in the top lane and jungle. Top would most likely be a farm off until jungler ganks occur. He can support his jungler very well from what he is saying and swap roles if he is jungler by supporting his top laner. Thresh won't have fast clear times though.

Xerath's passive grants as much armour with 337 AP as this guy gets with 100 souls.
So xearth is better at least for passive. Since it only takes 2 items to get that. How long does it take to get 100 souls?

Yea thats why I made that suggestion. Normal scaling, gets op with kills. It'd be better and less gimmicky. But might be too hard of a snowball for a support.
