yes all slows stack that are DIFFRENT, however stacking slows are reduced in effectiveness of the slow by a large amount. However think about this:

target has 500 movement speed,
you reduce it by 50% to 250
you reduce it by another 15% reduced by 35% to 10% making it equal to removing another pair of boots from the target down to 225 movement speed.

basically they are going to sit there while you pummel their face. Stacked with liandry's their life is draining at a phenominal rate and your constant aoe's are keeping them permaslowed.

Yes rylai's is another kick *** item for her for so many reasons, none the least that it stacks with liandry's. Doubly with Sejuani due to her constant DOT AOE applying the Rylai's slow, the HP as added damage FOR That damaging slow, the AP FOR that aoe damage, Liandry's added HP for damage for that slow, the AP for the damage, the magic pen for added damage and then the stupid dot to make your enemy's cry out in pain.... that is till they fall to the ground dead.

but my item list is slightly different:

Boots of Swiftness
Spirit of the Ancient Golem
Rylai's Crystal Scepter
Liandry's Torment
Sunfire Cape
Spirit Visage


for runes i go with scaling MR and AR since she starts off with bonus armor on her first hit. Scales better to late game.

Completely unstoppable. HIGH HP, Decent MR, Decent Armor, near max cooldown reduction, decent health regen, decent ability power, HIGH Damage, Unstoppable Slow power, Reduces slows by more than 50%, and unmatachable damage over time from: the cape, your abilities and Liandry's DOT to not just 1 person but to an entire team. You can even shread tanks while standing toe to toe with the entire team.

Maybe its been a while and I haven't read all of the posts but based on the Liandry's Torment idea, It no longer halves the DOT Damage for aoe spells making it by far the best item you can have on her as a damage item. provides HP (Damage to her W), AP(Damage), Magic Pen (Damage), and the DoT (insane damage) coupled with her already overpowering slow's to double the DoT effect damage.
This item was designed with her in mind.

take a look on my killer tank sejuani.. :) its diff from those guides on moba.

u guys might try it.. :) if u laning or jungle take sunfire or scepter 1st and a boot these 2 item does good damage on W skill it boost up extremely well.. dont forget warmog after those 2.. :) another boost on it..

her average win rate seems to be about 52.5% and you´re ******* right about that lyandrys, its bought in 20%of the games and has a stupidly high winrate of 86% INSANE

She's been my favourite jungler and second bought champ(after GP) since i've started. S3 changes and items made me think "wow, did they do all this for Seju?!?" and..well, yes! She's amazing now!

I've tried this build and i'm always using it no matter what the neemy team composition is. I may just change just one in mid-game but the rest always works against any comp, making me tanky, damaging and ****in cool!

I HATED Sejuani when she came out. A year or so later, I decide to give her a spin after reading your guide. I am now in LOVE with her. She brings so much to any team, and she is so underused that people just don't know how to react to her. Whenever my team is lacking CC, I<m going for Sej every time.

Sorry everyone, I have been out of town dealing with family issues and I have not even logged into league in over a month now. Real life problems must come first. I will do my best to review over recent changes in patches and also look over questions and suggestions people have to help improve the guide. Again, Thank you all for your support and I am glad many of you enjoy the build and Sejuani in general.

I am Having great results using this guide.
I have Changed it though.
Item 123 Ninja Tabi, Spirit of the Ancient Golem & Iceborn I get %90 of the time. (unless they are extremly heavy AP i will grab Abyssal before Iceborn(ap teemo as adc.....)).
After that i seen to deviate. I haven't Built Banshee's Veil yet because i find it rare that someone waste a great initating ultimate on you unless you are vsing an Amumu-Bad ranked game if your up against an Amumu.
Instead i jump right into Liandry's Torment and an Abyssal Scepter.
On the off chance we haven't won yet i usually grab Rabadon's and start Killing there carries with an R-Q-E Combo. Although i have been looking at Lolking.com http://www.lolking.net/champions/sejuani# and it has Warmogs as the highest Win/loss Ratio Item for her. I am looking at putting that in there somewhere. Most likely for Rabadons. What is your opinoin?
