In my opinion, don't go into ranked until you have at least 200 wins or more as well as a decent champion pool you can play. This game has a steep learning curve and that is only overcome through experience, which you get by practicing against actual players (playing against them).
Don't play bot games; it is not the same as playing against real people. Real people think differently and are not as predictable. That is what makes the game fun and challenging. You do not improve unless you are challenged. Only so much is learned from bots.
Ranked is currently all about summoner's rift if you want to be competitive. Play more 5 v 5, a dominion if you just want to blow off steam after a loss or want a quick first win of the day.
I would consider making a new account and practice your mechanics such as last-hitting and landing skill shots. CS is a large part in winning your lane and the game as gold = items, especially if you are in a carry role where items = damage. Also, making a new account lets you get more experience in. Beware - there are lots of smurfs for the first 15 levels or so and the community is still toxic.
If you're still not satisfied, consider a different game. If you're not having fun then stop wasting your time playing LOL. Seriously. The point is to have fun, not hate yourself :D
Lastly, watch commentaries of high elo players or tutorials for tips. They help.

If I helped you out, +REP me ^_^
Duo-queuing or having a full premade team is awesome. Having at least one person who you know you can rely on helps a lot. Solo-queue = YOLO-QUEUE!
The "ignore" button is a godsave when playing with toxic players.

I actually think playing Dota2 will make you CS better. Certainly feels that way after I played a few games.
Practicing is always key, I probably wasn't any better than you when I was at 100 wins.
Just play to improve, and when people ***** at you /ignore and move on.

200 wins is not enough, I'd suggest something like 400+ for ranked games.
Play more soloQ normals for practice, but premade games are fine too I guess.
Don't try to replace normals with bot games, it's not the same. If you want to get better with a champ > normals. And try ignoring the trash talk and stuff, it doesn't really matter if you miss your skill shots, it happens to everyone.
Can also consider watching pro player streams, they're usually pretty informative.

Play ARAM or ABAM if your 30. It helps you practise skill shots, helped me.
Edit: For Cs you could play custom games, make a new acc or watch videos/streams that have commentaries.

Should I just keep playing bot games, because every time I play normal or ranked I always get yelled at for not landing my Q or whatever ability I missed or standing where I'm not needed, and no I'm not standing under towers. my CS is low, I can only play a few champs really well

Roles I can play
AP mid
and Jungle
I suck at ADC
Solo Top
and support
also I play a lot of dominion I'm good at that and would at least feel do you think that could be throwing off my normals?
I can help you with

I can go over basic stuff like last hitting, game knowledge, stuff like that and maybe see what the problem with skillshots is.
On the NA side - Mooninites
just join the mobafire chat room and Im sure you can get help if you happen to be on EUW or EUNE
