I'm pretty sure that someone reported that issue a while ago with runic skin, I.E. Galio passive.
So, like I said in that thread, it might be conflicting with the skin BBC linking that was set up recently.
From a smidge of testing, it looks like "skin" gets filtered out of the BBC.

Ah, lugi, genius! Arcane Mastery doesn't work since it's sensing the "mastery" tag. Arcane Mastery
But to bypass that until it's fixed you can tag it manually [icon=mastery tough skin] or [wiki=mastery tough skin]

I'm now having problems with "mastery" ones. Like "[icon=mastery defensive mastery]" - it keeps the first mastery word instead of the second, meaning it comes out wrong: mastery defensive mastery. Even putting it in quotation marks does nothing. Wonder if Defensive Mastery mastery would work...
Yes, [icon=defensive mastery mastery] works ^^ So you could probably just add mastery to the end, that's easier to remember. For example,
