People tell me when I use Jayce to build atk speed (In 3v3 and 5v5). Then others call me a troll sometimes when I do build atk speed items. So I'm confused and lost :/

Don't build attack speed items. Jayce revolves around using his spell, not autoattacking.

I got my share of kills with auto-attacks before. And when I built Zephyr with him the auto attack was amazing, But I thank you for the helpfulness :3

I'm fairly sure his ability allows you to hit max attack speed, so building AD is more efficient.

Pretty much what these guys said. He seems to scale with AD really well and most of the time just a few attack speed items/runes/masteries are enough to have a good responsive autoattack (over 1.0 AS is fine)

It's funny cause I always get to 0.99 when I look at my atk speed haha..But the only speed item I think is reasonable is Zephyr

Whenever i see a jayce, the holy trinity seems to be Black Cleaver/Bloodthirster/Last Whisper. But then again, even ****ing LeBlanc can build that and pentakill.

The only 2 AS items I have ever considered getting on him were Wit's End and Trinity Force. Other than that, he doesn't need a lot of AS. It is fun though to do a full AS Jayce if you're just messing around.
