Wriggle's Lantern is for dem plays with the sight wards. Or you can start Cloth Armor and build into Bulwark or something.

Actually Spirit of the Elder Lizard isn't a good choice. Spirit Stone is for mana hungry junglers like Amumu, Maokai and Hecarim. Lee Sin either builds Wriggle's Lantern, or doesn't upgrade his Hunter's Machete at all.

Okay, first things first. Barrier is a terrible spell for any jungler. Wriggle's Lantern is MUCH better than Spirit of the Elder Lizard, Berserker's Greaves are just ****. Trinity Force is okay. I believe you are playing jungle, so why on EARTH are you building Bloodthirster, Infinity Edge & Phantom Dancer? I just checked you up on lolking and you're level 14. Anybody under level 30 is not qualified to make a guide. On your runes, 3 armor pen is literally nothing, no point getting it. Just get flat attack damage. You are missing: Jungle section, item section, ganking section, warding section and so many more that it's not worth my time explaining. I wish I could -1 more than once.

I don't think you should go Spirit Stone on Lee Sin. It's a pretty **** item in normal cases, and is even more **** on Lee Sin because he doesn't use mana.
