That screenshot is not representative of your ability in this game. Your enemies are bad, clearly don't know what they're doing.
Level up about 18 more levels and then you can say whether you are a good
Ashe or not.

Level 27, thanks. I posted the screenshot to show I wasn't getting yelled at for being terrible consistently; check my match history if you want a representation of my ability.
As a foreword, the 2-20 game as Sona was me and four of my friends going all support, all mid; the 1-6 preceding game as Ashe was me and my friends going all ADC, all jungle.

This is a good example of part of the problem with the community.
Why post that screenshot to start with? Then you say "not trying to brag" lol but it's so out of context with the thread title. You are just baiting yourself for people to rag on it. Come on man, you can do better.

You can't CS well, you build double Infinity Edge and rarely upgrade your boots to tier 2 before your first major item. No, you are not a good an Ashe as you think you are.
Level 27 with 33 wins in 5v5 and 84 wins in 3v3. Yeah, I'd say you're not in a position to say whether you are a good player yet or not.
I don't mean to offend, but you are undoubtedly mistaken on that point.
Back to the original post, how does the screenshot show that you are a friendly player? It doesn't show **** about that. The screenshot shows absolutely nothing concerning the topic you are talking about.

Not trying to brag, but as you can see, I'm generally not a bad Ashe, with my games typically looking like this:
However, even if it isn't me, someone is always complaining about what another teammate did, or the opposing team is shouting "report ******* for feeding" or something similar. It's frustrating to simply play the game when your teammates are quarreling over stupid ****.
