This guide is pretty nice :) I like it. Love the Star Wars reference.

It's a good offensive build, but I strongly suggest you include Zhonya's Hourglass over Rylai's Crystal Scepter. You don't use the slow effects, and the 500 health doesn't really help since you're so vulnerable. The item's just too expensive if you use it just for the AP. Whereas, Zhonya's Hourglass gives you more AP, as well as an Active that can save you far better than the 500 bonus health. The armor's also a bonus.

Archangel's Staff/ Seraph's Embrace just takes WAY too long to charge up as Lux, since her basic abilities all have cooldowns exceeding 10 seconds, which is REALLY long.

It might be better to rush Rabadon's Deathcap first, since you would lack damage with the Athene's Unholy Grail first item purchase. An early Chalice of Harmony will solve all the mana issues. Basically, I suggest a " Chalice of Harmony -> Rabadon's Deathcap -> Athene's Unholy Grail or whatever" build.

I found some small errors here and there in the text:

The "80 second laser" should actually be a "pro", since the cooldown is a LOT shorter than the cooldowns on most other ultimates. It's like how Riven used to be able to just kill her opponent over and over again due to Blade of the Exile's short cooldown; Lux can almost do the exact same thing.

Light Binding can only snare up to 2 targets.

A solid offensive build, pretty much explains everything EXCEPT FOR ONE POINT.

In the Cons, you said Lux takes "100 seconds to charge her laser", which is false because the maximum cooldown it can have at level 1 and without any masteries, runes and items is 80. HA! :D

Come to think of it, Final Spark's cooldown are fairly low for an ultimate. That's definitely an advantage.
