I agree with arp it is always better on Panth but that doesn't mean you should overextend. After brut you got like 34-36 arp that's more than enough till mid game because as u r and assassin squishy players is your main target and with that much arp u will be lowering armor too much. Negative numbers in enemy armor wont increase your dmg on them if u manage to lower or penetrate armor to 0 that is all u need u will be doing true dmg and further output can be increased only by stacking AD items. For mid and early late game boots BC(or LW in rare occasions) and IE is mainly the core and only items you need.

I give you + for your build bcs i think its usefull .And i have great game experience on grabing ocult in game .have fun bro )

You should give some information why ocult so sucsefull .for example ocult costs 1200 have 10 dmg at start eatch stuck gives 5 dmg .10 dmg its 400 gold .So if you have at least 4 stucks you dont lose money on it .So ocult is valuable item .And it have his high risk - high reward ratio .If you play safe and know how 2 ks in fight its item for you .And you will carry games if you use it properly ! Only blind ppl can say that ocult is useless .Sometime you got outfarmed and failed .And only chance 2 go up its get ocult .Bcs if you will get turn fight or will safe your life after fight grabing some asists its more likely you can contest next figth 5 vs 5 .Than you will try 2 farm out in dangerous and sticky conditions whith out wards and help of failed game teammates .I tryed ocult and it saved many games for me .Even after ppl cry that im noob dont get ocult and other **** .If you dont risk at assasins and adc than you will never feel realy dominance in game on this classes .Especialy when riots buffed masteries for tanks and debufed armor pen in game for adc .

its a bit risky to play with such items as pantheon...he use to be a tanky guy who deals well dmg! you just go on AD but how could you 100%ly garanty then you won't get fked! btw. in the video you play as carry ?! you should let other champs be carry and go tanky instead - you'll help other team mates much more with tanky build

mate thx a lot for that build.. i started LoL 3 weeks ago and i'm lvl:17 and with your build i managed to do three!!! triple kills in a single match! ;) but i changed a bit the order of the ability sequence, i full my Q first it helps me in early game anyway thx a lot for that build! :)

When I'm loosing,I keep occult and I try to get kills or assistances without diying and after when I've some stacks I win.If you are in a lane with a good support like blitzcrank,you will have 3 stuns and you will be sure to get kills if you play well.Even against tanks,with 3 stuns you are sure to get kills.Believe me, tanks are not invulnerable in early game.So make sure to have a good team mate with a stun !!!

Anyway,loosing with occult or without occult,It's the same so I keep it and I play carefuly.If it's really handicapping dont buy it and purchase directly brutalizer.
Occult is a risk worth taking,If you can get stacks,you will win,If you can't,you will propably lose but anyway it's same without occult.
