Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

I don't know why after this new ranked I lose almost every ranked game :(

I know it's my own problem and there's no reason to blame the system but I just hate it lol

You're less likely to be paired up with people that don't belong around your ranking.

Step it up and carry some games! :p
