Lasts for 4 seconds. If cast on an enemy Lissandra freezes her target dealing 70/120/170/220/270 (+0.9 per ability power) magical damage and slows its attack speed by 25% for 3 seconds. Range - 650 Cooldown - 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Cost - 70/80/90/100/110 [W] Winter's Wrath - Upon activation Lissandra's basic attacks will slow enemy champions' movement speed. Slow - 28/31/33/37/40% Duration - 3/4/5/6/7 Cooldown - 14 seconds at all levels Cost - 65/70/75/80/85 mana [E] Snow Storm - Lissandra summons a snow storm in the target area. Enemies that stay in the storm take 20/40/60/80/100 (+0.2 per ability power) magic damage per second and have their vision reduced by 550 range. Cooldown - 15/14/13/12/11 seconds Cost - 80/90/100/110/120 Range - 600 Duration - 3 seconds [R] Snow Wave - Lissandra fires magical snow in a cone in front of her. Any allies hit by it are healed for 80/110/140 (+0.5 per ability power) +3% of their max health. Enemies hit by it take 70/130/190 (+0.5 per ability power) magical damage. Snow Wave runs on an ammo system. Lissandra can store a maximum of 3 Snow Wave charges. When Lissandra uses 1 charge there is a 1 second cooldown before she can use the ability again. Range - 700 Cone Width - 60º Cost - 60/70/80/90/100 mana Charge Reload Time - 25/20/15 Lore: One of the rulers of the three tribes that controlled the region - Princess Mauvole, the Ice Dervish – was found dead in her quarters in the city of Rakelstake. The elders of her tribe determined the cause of death to be natural, which cleared the way for the new Princess, Lissandra, to claim her throne and the title of Ice Dervish. In Princess Lissandra’s first act after her coronation, she stunned her new subjects as she swore fealty to another of the three Princesses of Freljord: Ashe, the Frost Archer. In her coronation speech, Lissandra pleaded with her people that the time had come to unite Freljord under a single banner. Lissandra’s words swayed her kin: her coronation speech was warmly received by her tribe, and her tribe’s elders signaled their solidarity with their Princesses’ desire for unification. (Sorry I can't think of a lore for her so I just copied what I saw from league wikia about her...again..sorry) Tips & Tricks: Playing with Lissandra: - Even if she focuses on an ability power build Lissandra can still support her allies. Buying some items for survivability on her could be useful. - Use Winter's Wrath to slow enemy champions when your jungler comes for a gank. - If you're playing a support Lissandra using Frozen Shroud on the enemy AD Carry is helpful when focusing him. - Snow Storm can be used to reduce the vision of your enemies in order to help your jungler gank more easily since the enemy won't notice him. Playing against Lissandra: - Watch out for Snow Storm's vision reduction. - Try not to let Lissandra harass you with basic attacks. - Lissandra can kite you using Winter's Wrath. Try picking mobile champions or champions with a lot of Crowd Control against her.[/quote]
