There are a lot of things wrong with the Summoner's Rift area of the guide. I won't cover the Dominion points since I don't play it enough to be able to offer useful advice on it. Let me walk you through:

Phantom Dancer is a very, very poor item on Pantheon. As an AD caster, he doesn't need crit chance as much as an AD carry would, and he certainly doesn't need attack speed. A better and considerably cheaper option would be Last Whisper, as this both gives AD (something you actually need on Panth) and APen (the solution to Panth's hardest counter: armour).
Frozen Mallet is nowhere near as useful on Pantheon as the other thing Phage builds into: Trinity Force. Although the additional health and damage are useful, Trinity Force simply has more utility on Pantheon. It grants him AP, movement speed and critical chance as well as damage and health. Additionally, FM's passive is not useful on Pantheon (he isn't an auto-attacker, remember).
Infinity Edge suffers from a similar problem to FM: it's good on Pantheon, but it's not the optimal choice. The AD and crit buff are both useful, but Pantheon should always be looking to build raw AD over AD and crit chance. It would benefit you much more to purchase Bloodthirster before IE in almost all cases.
Your formatting and spelling are very poor, making the guide very difficult to read easily. I assume that English isn't your first language? You may want to take the time to learn the language to a more advanced degree before attempting to write a guide like this in future. Also, take a look at jhoijhoi's Guide to Making Guides for some very useful tips on formatting.

I hope that these pointers will help you to either improve this guide or make a new one. I'm going to downvote this simply because it's not a useful Pantheon guide, but don't lose hope, alright? I know that you'll be able to do better next time.
