Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration

[/quote] Well if you go flat ad you get no armor pen where if you go hybrid you get magic pen u dont lose much going hybrid at all you still get good amount. Unless voyboy and other higher elos are lieing to us then you dont do more dmg they say if you get 1 or 2 autos in then its already better than magic pen in a trade (for kat).[/quote]

[/quote] I think point is there stronger in lane runes dont matter as much for team fights... items do so if you got few kills off in lane because of more dmg its better than 2 or 3 more magic pen which can easily be built in larger amount in items. Its same situation of why people us ad red and quints over armor pen in lane you need early game dmg to lead to kills with lead to advantage. There not for every one who autos alot i would not use them on diana since shes most autos for her passive. Here is it more in detail.
