Actually for me the silver ones look normal and the gold ones look like the one you screenshotted. >.> I guess it's a bug.

Ah, so it's bugged randomly for different people and tiers. Hmmm. Has this error been brought up before? If it's new, maybe the dev team can find the cause?
The icons are all the "winged orb" version, there are no more square icons. If you still see square icons, it is likely your browser cache and a ctrl+f5 should update it.
The system will update you every 7 days, but there are also caches on the site that are not updated at the same time. It is possible that your tier and division updated in the database but the site itself does not yet reflect the update everywhere. Please be patient.
You moved up in tier/division 4 days ago but, when did you verify? Since it can take 7 days to update your account again, that is likely the issue, combined with a further 2-3 days for all caches to clear. You can also go to your profile and delete your summoner name, save (which cancels your verification), then put your summoner name back in, save, and verify again. However we may not always allow this in the future, it depends on how much people use it and if it becomes a load issue. If it is used too much then we may have to put a limit on how often you can manually verify.
We may also speed up the automated verification, we're just watching load and making sure everything is stable first.
