Lately ive seen alot of players pick garen and always wins the lane and own later in game. Who is the best champ to counter him?

From personal experience, Fiora, Pantheon and Jax easily counter him.

I think a lot of APs beat him easily. You just gotta pick your spots and play it safe.

It's really more about beating his basic run up attack playstyle than it is just picking a champ that wins the matchup.

I think it's more about positioning, poking and knowing when and where to move than anything else.
Play some bot matches against Garen and watch his attacks to understand what works best for you.

Fiora could counter him early,but after earlt-mid game Garen wins her (just my own experience as Garen
I think Olaf counters him..maybe Malphite and Nasus too?

As far as i know, jax can do okay if he plays correctly, fiora will die to 1 E, panth can't kill garen early and gets ouclassed lategame.
Ranged champs do very well, teemo, nidalee, elise wrecks him, jayce should do fine, kayle is also good, only think is you need to save Q till he used it or hes gonna remove the slow and charge at you.
Garen can win any lane if he is skilled as far as i know.
(I like using singed against him, i play singed against anything so it doesn't say much but oh well)

Okay there is no way i see fiora winning vs garen, garen will just bully her tbh, fiora is pretty weak early, garen just kills her if she uses Q near him and has no flash up.

I'd say Pantheon does fine against Garen, provided you're not stupid enough to leap him when he's spinning.

Would agree that Fiora wouldn't be that good of a matchup.
