I didn't want to first pick Ryze, so I asked my team if they wanted me to pick them anything. I picked Ez for someone, and the enemy team second picked Ryze, who went top vs Pantheon and got fed. Meanwhile I was mid vs GP who afk farmed all day, but he had so much sustain that I couldn't do anything to him, let alone get fed. fml.
The Fiddle from that last game is a plat smurf. I added him and we duo'd, and yeah, it's actually really obvious he's smurfing. He's the Kassadin.
Really need to watch the replay sometime and see what he did to go from 1/3/7 to 10/3/12 in a game which we were losing, as well as carry our team-fights even though we were losing. :> His plat account is banned for 2 weeks, and I've got a week off school this next week, so easy gold if I keep duo'ing with him, me thinks.

And to Hydra buffs, do you mean the one where they decreased its cost by 200? I'm not really that bothered, I take Tiamat after Brutalizer and don't upgrade to Hydra until I've completed the rest of my build beforehand, so I rarely have Hydra in a game, I usually just sit on Brutalizer. 200 gold decrease on my final item isn't really noticeable. :P
