Jungle runes for tanks

I know that there isn´t the only one way to play them, but can someone explain me what runes are a good and what runes are a waste of my money? I love to jungle with tanks like , or

AS reds

There will be plenty of times where your AoE abilities will leave the camp low on health, requiring an autoattack on each monster to finish it off. AS really speeds this up. It's also great for proccing /, especially on bigger monsters.

for clear speed. While attack speed will not be needed late game, you need to clear your jungle as fast as possible. Plus, you take a lot more damage early game without attack speed because the camps get more hits on you.

This is what most of my friends told me, but why AS reds?

Reds: Armor/Magic Penetration, Attack Speed, Flat AD for some
Seals: Flat Armor
Glyphs: Scaling MR
Quints: Flat AD, Flat AP, Movement Speed

They work (especially if you don't have enough ip for MS). MS is just more efficient for roaming and ganking, etc.

Havn't jungled in a while... these quints are probably the viable ones, i wouldnt consider using other.
Had succes with flat AD ones actually. But ok.
