Shingeki No Kyojin is a given watch for me. (top-right corner)
Other than that I doubt there's anything worth watching, but Karneval(seen a preview of it), Aku No Hana(read parts of the manga), Yahari and Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kaku all look mildly interesting.

Just 4 of those are Ecchi lol. And I wouldn't say I'm totally in love with Ecchi but I do enjoy Ecchi series if they are good imo.
