Hey, I´ve some questions:

1. I´m searching for good guides for beginners in supporting. Do u know any really good ones? Link pls if u can

2. Is this build good for Nunu support atm and what buying first, Zekes Herald or Locket of the Iron Solari? http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/nunu-support-gg-edward-147498

3. I´ve 4 runepages now, 1 Mpen, 1 AD, 1 Supp and idk what the last should be. Pure AP or AP with some CDR runes, what´s better in general in ur opinion?

4. Are there any guides for beginning ranked ( soloQ and premade)? Link pls

5. What are good supporters for beginners? I´m actually trying Nunu, Taric, Soraka, Janna and Alistar

6. Do u get a gold frame also when u play teamranked instead of soloQ? Played in a team with a guy who was very bad but had a gold frame...

1) Astrolia's Support Supplement

2) If it's got 93%, it's probably good. Zeke's vs Locket is a situational pick. If your carry is fed, I'd go Zeke's, but if you enter the teamfight phase early, Locket.

3) No comment.

4) idk

5) Taric. Sona. Soraka. So yeah, you're good.

6) idk

1.) If you search individual champions, you'll usually find good support builds. Agree with previous, as well.

2.) Don't tend to play Nunu. But once, again, agree with above.

3.) Depends. No point building for a role you're not playing, especially with the price of runes. I still run two pages, one Tankier, one AP/Bruiser/Tank.

4.) No idea. Probably.

5.) Soraka and Taric are incredibly simple to learn. You'll also find plenty of guides for either of them, and their roles are clearly defined. Support Nunu is fairly simple. Sona requires a bit more experience with flowing from offense to defense to offense, and may be tricky. Janna is a bit less simple, since her only heal is her ultimate, and that ultimate if timed wrong can save the enemy team more than Janna's. Alistar is another simple support, just keep in mind that his role is more of a peel and tank for the carry.

Lux is another viable support to keep in mind, as she can poke a team down and has great CC.

I think Soraka is the best beginner support. She's super easy (should I heal, heal, or heal?), can wrack up assists with her global heal, which will help with the support money problems.

I agree with some of the above, so I'm gonna try to answer the ones they didn't.

3) It depends on what you run. I would do a jungle rune page, but if you aren't jungling there is no need. So, you can even leave your 4th blank if you don't have a specific role for it.

4) Here are some links to youtube videos and some articles I have seen that give some good ideas for ranked.

This guy is funny, so watch all of his LOL videos because you will get a laugh but also learn some things in the process. One of the main things is that he hates Fiora, but that's not that important.

6) Unsure about that one.

1) Astrolia is great, any guide with 90% or better is usually pretty good, check out the "high ELO" guides for specific champs, their builds are usually pretty good if they have been scouted.

2) That's Auramancer Nunu, it works on certain teamcomps that have alot of AD damage with the zekes, it's fine.

3) Runepages are made to be specific to the champ/situation once you get higher up, but I think that personally you should make your mpen your apc page and grab a tank page.

4) If you only have 4 runepages and still NEED to look at builds to find out what is best for champs to build on, you aren't ready for ranked, wait till you have 300+ wins before diving into THAT ragepool.

5) For beginners any champ with CC works well. Some of my favorites are Nunu & Willump, Lux, Zyra, Thresh. Ofc more "traditional" champs like Sona and Taric are just fine, play what you want as long as you can find a way to hold your enemies still for a couple of seconds.

6) Teamranked is different than solo/duoq. By yourself or with a partner is still considered soloq to the computer. The only way you can be playing team ranked is if you are set up inside a legit team with a team name and the same 5/6 people on a list and have a shorthand for the teamname in front of each individual player's name once inside the match. As to whether or not you get a gold frame for teamranked if playing soloq, not sure.

2) I'm not generally a fan of flask start. It cuts too much into the number of wards you can carry at level 1, and tends to set back your build a surprising amount on a support.

Skip the Kage's unless you need the GP10 from it. Support Nunu's main utility is Bloodboil and slows, neither of which scale with AP. The extra damage is pretty trivial when you can't afford much of it. Plus the guide doesn't even suggest ugprading it, so I don't see the point in trying to sit on the item long enough for it to be worth money.

You don't have to upgrade your boots immediately. You've got a really spammable MS boost for yourself and a really spammable slow for enemies, so kiting/running/chasing shouldn't be an issue. It's often best to use that money getting items that will help your team, at least until you actually need the boot upgrade for non-MS stats or need to enchant your boots. Similarly, I sometimes find myself not even buying tier 1 boots on many supports until after Philo and Ruby Sightstone, simply because I haven't needed them yet.

Depending on how the game is going, you'll want to rush either Aegis or Locket. A lot of the time, Locket rush is just as effective as Aegis rush, but Locket can be built slightly faster. If you've got a tanky jungler, ask them if they can build Aegis, since their income will be better than yours. If you've got a jungler/top who builds Locket, build another one anyway; if you stagger their actives they stack.

Zeke's is meh. The extra damage can be good if your team is AD heavy, but since they removed the AS from it it hasn't looked as good. Most ADCs build a very early Vamp Scepter anyway, so they can take care of their own lifesteal well before you could finish the item.

Taking a point in Q earlier can really help with lane sustain.

Wanderer isn't as good as Artificer . Move that point to Artificer. Maybe also the point in Improved Recall , although that one has saved me more than once as well.

For runes, Nunu is fairly tanky, so I'd run just scaling MR glyphs (most of the time). With a point in Q by 4 and Nunu's generally passive playstle, it should be relatively hard for you to get poked out of lane. MR itemization is difficult on supports, so I tend to err on the side of scaling MR glyphs whenever possible.

6) You got frames from S2 for your highest rank. When they announced it, a lot of people let themselves get carried up by their better friends (or similar tactics) for the rewards. Border and skill level only tend to be related.

Also i might suggesting rushing a sightstone if you can afford it on your first trip back. Xpecial did the math and if you always keep 2 wards up (which frankly you SHOULD) the cash from NOT buying those wards equals out to about 8gp10, which is almost double the gp10 you get from philo and absolutely double from kages.

A caveat on the Sightstone (which I HATE having to buy), is just because you have one, doesn't mean you can't buy wards later on. In lane phase, you're fine with two wards at a time (to prevent ganks, ward on dragon). However, if the game is close later on, you'll probably be warding more prevalently to have better map awareness of the enemy team.

I don't know how many times a ward has saved my team from ending up in fighting two on five because no one knows where the enemy is.

Wards should be placed by the jungler as well (Red buff, blue buff, et cetera) since he'll be wandering around the map doing his thing anyways. Just don't expect it very often. I've found the lack of wards is ALWAYS the support's fault. "THey took my Red, why didn't you ward it Support?"
