So... Ionian Boots of Lucidity + Zhonya's Hourglass. Cost would be both + 600 gold. I'm expensive.
110 AP, 40 Armor, 20% CDR, 5% move speed multiplier, +45 move speed.
Stasis' cooldown is increased to 180 seconds.
Unique passive: Every time Stasis is used and an ally takes fatal damage within a range of 600, you shield him for 0.75 seconds and share 50% of your own health with him.

(Retains Trinity Force passives but increases them by a good amount, Spellblade increased t 200% and Icy to 50% slow.)
50 AD, 50 AP, 50 AS, 30 Critical chance, 12% movement speed, 500 health, 500 mana.
Unique Passive "Byakuya's Blessing": After leveling up with this item 3 times you will retain all its passives/stats except Byakuya's Blessing, removes ANY NERF that has been set by Riot in your current champion and the item is consumed.

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.
