C. Jesus, the formatting is atrocious. It makes neat freaks like me fly into a blind rage.

Anyways, remove the "carry talon" build, seriously fix your formatting (using the center tags helps a LOT, even better is pressing the damned enter key), and fix your walls of text. Put a few dividers in there. If you make your guide look like a 6th grade project and hand it in to a college class, don't be surprised if you are graded as such.

There is the skeleton of a good guide in there, I can hear it screaming for mercy.

I'd say you have a good understanding of talon, there is just one thing i don't understand with your masteries, in the offense tree you have points into lethality and frenzy, Talon doesn't rely on crit chance or attack speed bonuses with your standard build IMO those points could be put into havoc to improve overall burst.

Ah, I meant level 1-3 is bad as you can't favourably trade with a ranged enemy, i'll change the miscommunication.
Also, I added where to play talon, and his weaknesses/strengths in each aspect.
I revamped the skill selection, completing it (Must have not saved it last time)
Added why I have chose my summoner spells, why I chose to disuse others.
A much needed section of how to play Talon In each part of the game, which, I feel, is pretty damn detailed, and contains some very bad humor, which I should not be judged on.
I will add a "How to play against..." section sometime, not today though, :)

Ok, i gave u a +1 because i share your enthusiasm about Talon. But yeah, your guide is incomplete.
IE is a bad choice, a BT or Hydra would be better.
And most importantly, you need to tell the player which lane best suits Talon, because i still see some people play him top (which is his worst lane) or jungle (horrible clear time, and easily counter-jungled), or sadly... bot.. which is omg facepalm (Talon is one of the best "if not THE BEST" ASSASSINS in the game).
You should tell readers that his best lane is with the AP carries mid where he can RAPE them early, mid and late game, with only like 2 exceptions (Mordekaiser and Akali).
To correct you in your guide, you said Talon has a weak early game. WRONG! Talon mid has one of the best early games, once he hits level 2 he has the potential to completely zone out his opponent and deny them farm, and if they're foolish enough to stick around, utterly rape them.
At mid, he also has equal access to botlane and toplane where he can destroy the adc bot or weaken their bruiser top.
Anyway, add gameplay sections, Advantages and Disadvantages of the lanes.
Hell, when the guide is completely done (and you have enough experience with Mid Champs), add a The Opposition section, and list every Mid hero and how to counter him (also rate them as easy, medium or hard).
Anyway, work on your guide, and hope to see you in the top guides someday :)
But for God's sake, remove the ADC Talon part of the guide, that will never pass in Ranked, since the ADC is always ranged in ranked, and if u go botlane, you will get raped (anally :P ).

you know this guide is incomplete so you know why I am downvoting it. if you want moba people to look at your guide for constructive criticism you should just send it to a few moba people like meiyjhe to look at before publishing it.
