As you know, atm, the only champ I am really good with is Singed. Is there a champ that is similar to him in the key points of game changing cc, high damage, high tankyness and high mobility?

hecarim is a tanky champion whose mitigation is movement speed just like singed, he has his ult which is game changing and E is good cc too

I already play magicpen Amumu and I know about his power, he is just everytime banned. I am waiting for the Sejuani rework, as she is similar to that.

Hecarim is also always banned, but I think he could be an option.

It is just, nothing reaches the crazyness of Singed and Singed's playstyle.

Elise. Can be a really tanky damage dealer because of % of health abilities. Also has a similar build to Singed.

How about Volibear? He's got a fling with mobility tied to it, weaker slow but more burst, can build whatever the hell he likes as long as it's tanky, and his ultimate does damage which is comparable to Singed's poison imo, and doesn't die, just like Singed. In addition he can jungle or top. Seems closer to Singed than most other champions.
