Should consider Mob boots, I usually take them on every aggressive support. I only don't recommend Zeke's unless your team consists of 3+ physical damage dealers. And also if you're planning on getting Shurelyas get Philo earlier. Should mention other items, as well. Banner or comand, Twin Shadows, Shard etc ..
More content in the guide overall is needed.

There are a few things that bug me with your guide (with the coding and such I mean) but it might be just me so w/e. If you want me to nitpick on the aesthetics, I'll be happy to :P +1

Almost exactly my build for Thresh like the direction you got going but the guide sadly, was very short. Perhaps expand a bit and mention some other good support items. Also talk about how to work with particular carries and against enemy carries and supports. ^^

same here. great start to this build/guide. lot more to put in. keep it up. +1 just for motivation so you keep working on it.

Ok to start off I want you to know I'm going to +1 this guide.

here's the #1 problem with your guide: its too short. Yes what you have shown me is informative but it is still too sweet and too the point. lengthy explanations are boring and can sometimes lose the attention of the reader BUT that's why we have BBCode... which you have shown a strong understanding of and have used it well in your guide.

second thing, this is something I harp about on almost ALL the support guides on this website: I want to know how items effect thresh's gameplay. I want to know what each support item does for a team and when to buy it as Thresh! You cannot just pick the same items every game. You are the support and you need to buy different items for different situations. This should be explained in length to give the reader more information on not only when and what to buy, but also HOW it is used in a teamfight.

The runes section gives me no options. Thresh can be played in different ways and listing those should be done. MPen runes will give him more dmg than the armor will... both in lane and in teamfights as MPen is going to scale as the strongest stat for someone no building any dmg and relying on only their base numbers. You also might want to throw something in there to deter people from running avarice seals and/or explaining how they effect him. Same goes for summoner spells, even if almost all the time you are going to run the same thing... that one time when more things apply can make the individual preform better and they have a right to know that.

Tidbits of information: In general supports don't max abilties if no CDR is involved. This reinforces your ability order.

I disagree that thresh is mana hungry. He harasses with his autoattacks and can deflect a gank using only ONE ability.

In your "pros" section you use the word "and" a lot. Just make a new bullet

You don't talk about how his lantern can be used offensively... which is INCREDIBLY POWERFUL!!!

There are plenty more champions that ignore thresh's ult. If you're going to talk about one might as well talk about all of them. Akali Fizz Katarina Gangplank Lee Sin Leona Ezreal for starters... and I mean while you're at it might as well how all of his skills interact with certain team comps. I suggest you name this section "team fighting."

hope that helps, and nice work on the guide

Well well well, a decent guide! Just a few suggestions:
-Philo stone is at the very end of your build, you should build it before emblem of valor to get that game long gold income.
-You should get locket before upgrading Aegis to Bulwark IMO.
-Masteries should be 0/21/9, 0/9/21, or 1/8/21.

Things I particularly like:
-Zeke's! Such a good item on Thresh since he hits hard with autos.
-Nice coding and explanations for your choices

Keep up the good work!
