I use these very same items for Ezreal. Very powerful, I would recommend this guide to all Ez players! (And people giving -vote for saying he doesn't need a map is just lame.)

I am true to my word. Even though I still have beefs with some things in the guide I will change my vote like I stated. Good luck!

I see you have made some changes. However you are still missing Trinity Force and Iceborn Gauntlet as possible options. They are good on Ezreal especially Trinity Force so it should be listed somewhere. I still am against the masteries however I am willing to look past them. I guess the BT and BoRK combo is fine lol. You include the two items that I mentioned and I will more than likely change the vote even though the guide is still incredibly short.

I just added a situational section which has both iceborn gauntlet and trinity force. :)

You don't list defensive alternatives, you don't list Trinity Force as a late-game choice and more importantly, no mention of Iceborn Gauntlet, which can let you kite for days. Increases your damage, gives you defense and CDR. You have no movement speed options, no suggestion of Quicksilver Sash for those high CC teams when you don't take Cleanse for whatever reason. Even if Ezreal has two blinks, if he doesn't have movement speed and both abilities are on CD, you will be ****ed over by any even remotely mobile champ, e.g. Kha'Zix, Diana, Katarina, Akali and even Nasus to name a few. So actually, you'll see I wasn't referring to the 'same old cookie cutter build'.

I added a section on situationals where I list quicksilver sash, trinity force, and iceborn gauntlet.

Hmm. Well this is awkward. Just look at my other comment. I don't see any reason that this guide should be downvoted.

Well, I looked over the guide, and I am impressed with the coding and things like that, but the guide is far to short, and it needs a little extra oomph to it. My first reactions to it were good, and I think you have good potential. Your writing is good, and I'd like to see you further this guide.

Now on to the bad news. I agree that you are missing some key items like Trinity Force and Iceborn Gauntlet as options. League of Legends isn't a game that you can have one be-all, end-all build, as every situation is different. I would add two more items chapters, one for situational defense items, and the other, situational offense items. Most champions only need 2 or 3 core items with possibilities branching out from there.

Now to address the length. Add a few more chapters about lane match-ups, supports you prefer, that sort of thing. Lane match-ups themselves go a long way in the length of the guide.

I'd also add boots +5 pots as a start on the cheat sheet. Crystalline Flask, health pots, and mana pots is also a good start, but less viable than the others listed.

Overall, I don't quite see the reasoning behind the negativity reacting to this guide. What it needs is some love and it should see its ratings soar. My advice: do something no one else has done. I don't mean tank Ezreal or anything like that, but look at other guides and their idiosyncrasies, try and find the common denominator of what YOU think is missing.

Well, one exception in my opinion - Zephyr late game is a possibility. But I prefer my enchanted boots 75% of the time. Yup, I do.

And against those champions, you don't drop Zerker's for Merc's. You grab a Cleanse or a Quicksilver Sash or have a support Morgana or someone who builds Mikael's Blessing and remembers to use it (I only remember to use it on myself, but never on others q.q).

Well the thing everyone forgot is zerks is never always mandatory, let me say why.
So lets say you are against
Varus
Amumu
Taric
Shen
Morgana
and youre telling me theres no need for mercs? ok yeah gl with that?

Uh yeah zerks are mandatory? You're playing an AD carry you take it, no exceptions.

Hi there. The guide is unifinished so I won't be voting yet however I do want to point out some things. First off, I'm so glad that you aren't getting too much attack speed, ezreal with attack speed is IMO not as good as going for his on hit damage (his q). Some things I would suggest that you do is add some situational items to the guide. For example, getting tri force or frozen gauntlet for their passives or something like that. That specific example may not be so viable on ezreal anymore but still, items like hexdrinker, bc, or even muramana can sometimes give ezreal more than like last whisper or frozen mallet. Adding a section like this would provide new players with more of an understanding that sometimes going for the build given isn't always the best way to play the game, you have to adapt more to the game. Another thing that you could possibly add is a laning tips section. Some of the previous comments have been about dorans blade. Satelia said that your lane phase HAS to be very good for you to pull off a start with dorans blade so by simply adding a section on how you lane with ezreal would teach some people how to lane with your dorans start. So this guide needs a lot of work, but I don't think it's a lost cause yet. Think more about what you would have liked to know more about when you had started playing ezreal, and write about that. Also, take EVERY comment into consideration. Lots of them have, yes, been a bit harsh; but they all have points. Take those points, and put them in your guide. This way, you'll continuously improve your guide to a point where those people who didn't originally like your guide, being to appreciate it more. So...good luck, keep working on it, pm me if you want me to come back to take a look at it. I haven't made my own guide yet but I have looked through a lot of MOBA guides and on most occasions know what I'm talking about. Happy guide making! :)
