You completely ignored my point. You have no need to chase them if you ignite them. Also, early on when they have a tower they can run under, would ignite or ghost be better? Even later on would you rather have 410 true damage, half their healing, a flash and a speed boost or 2 speed boosts and a flash?

in this point, he is right. you dont really need ignite as soon as you can 100-0 most targets(normally as soon as you get rod of ages). after this point, ghost is better for chasing and escaping as a second flash. i personally prefer tp over ignite and ghost though.

It is not that people can't play with this build, it is the fact that it is statistically worse than other guides. It is a FACT that he does MORE DAMAGE and has MORE MANA and with Manamune has HIGHER ATTACK DAMAGE if you build mana. So you think we are bad players because you make a statistically worse build and expect us to like it?

Just by reading Ryze's passive, I guess that everyone would understand that building AP items is not the best way. You say that you love Ryze, so try to exploit his capacities to the best by listening people's opinions.

but really. this guide is tough to swallow. outside of the points made by lagger it is simply too short and published to early.

glass cannon actually deals damage. your totally right about the mana issues though :D tanky is way better because there is not really a difference in damage(i tried it only one time on a lvl 14 smurf without any defensive items, maximum ap. was not full build.)

iceborn gauntlet is great for kiting/chasing because of ryzes lack of cc(exept his w). you dont use it for combos. your right about the rest.

And before you ask why, it's because I'm guessing you are either under level 30 or Bronze tier and below.
