Obviously, if you go for magipen mundo with Elder Lizard, you should priotirize HP first. And your score isn't actually bad, in fact, you are the best of your team. I also feel that magipcen mundo needs top lane in order to get enough gold. Just take the build of Meiyhe and replace Warmog's Armor with Elder Lizard. And you can use sorc boots, of course, as you got 50% cc-reduction already build in. And since Lizard + Mallet both give a good amount of AD, combined with your E, your AA's will hurt for quite a bit aswell.
I say goodbye to Warmog's Armor, I will never miss it. I like Frozen Mallet more anyway, as it forces escape spells by 100% just after 1 hit.
