You shouldn't have taken Bloodthirster so early, Last Whisper is way better for DPS, and you already had lifesteal from BotRK.
Vi had Randuin's, Diana had Hourglass, Thresh is Thresh, Garen had Chain Vest and is Garen. They had a lot of armor.
