[/quote] Not really its a nerf she cant build up head shots as fast and has one lowest attack speed of an adc she might be worse than graves actually at the worst now. Varus will prob be best adc now since he did not really get nerfed just dmg switched. We are also seeing graves come back due to fact top adcs are getting nerfed.[/quote]
