Just for future reference, Lagger hasn't posted his ranking because he doesn't have one. I don't think he intends to start ranked until he has 500~ normal wins at least. Most of his games are also more for testing things for theorycrafting more than anything else, it seems.

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.
