Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

For now, he looks a bit too one-sided for my tastes, but maybe when we'll see experienced players showing what he can do, I might become interested as well. For now, I don't really see why I'd pick him over Renekton for top lane, or in the jungle.

By what I see on Stonewalls jungle video he seems like a tryndamere 2.0 early game where if you wanna clear fast you need to be suicidal(aka not use heal)
that said the ammount of heal on his W at lvl 1 seems prety good but it may be my bad sight tricking me again

his ult is pretty much broken imo.
Aatrox - [R] - Massacre
On activation Aatrox draws in the blood of his foes, dealing magic damage to all enemy champions around him equal to 15/15/15% + 0.01% of their current Health.
For the next 12/12/12 seconds, Aatrox's Maximum Health increases by 100/175/250 + 50/65/80 per champion hit, Attack Speed increases by 25/35/45% + 10/10/10% per champion hit, and he gains 175 Attack Range.
Cost:
Range: 0
Cooldown: 120/100/80
it is just like evelynns ult on steroids. even though if that 15% is from their current health, just the idea of gaining 250+80 max HP per champ (around 650 HP with 5 champs) is OP and it's not like eve's in the idea when it's gone it's gone, but in aatrox case he can just lifesteal away and fill this 650hp again. the increased range might be useful for the escaping enemy and the attack speed increase (95% wtf?) is just insane.
imagine building pure ad and lifesteal and wait for a clash, boom 5v1? enemy has no hard CC? easy penta he would just knock enemy up, ult and slice everyone down.
i guess pretty OP in paper.
