technically you can't have 1-10000000 or even 1000000-1 rating in normal as the game would try to balance it to 50-50 or around it. so technically you can have like 350-390 but not 200-500.
also to answer your question, no, not really ahahaha. the point of normal is to have fun and learn to master a champ ^^ reminds me of a game i had earlier having full ap team in normal (vlad top, kat mid, ziggs and lux bot and amumu jungle) and surprisingly won.
and that is what normal is all about having fun and trying out some theories and tricks.

No i dont give a *** about it, im normally doing weird stuff in normals or just testing new champs for me. But things like throws and ******ed people will always be annoying doesnt matter what game youre playing.

Honestly, not really. I think I'm in the negative right now (not by much, I think I'm 80W-85L or something). To me, as long as you're still having fun, it doesn't matter. That being said, I like winning more than losing, so I'll have more fun if I can win more.
Win/loss ratio doesn't matter too much, just focus on winning your next game and not bother about your history.
I don't mind losing, I just like to keep my wins higher then my losses, because I don't have time to play that much.

Just asking though, I've seen a lot of players frustrated about so many defeats in their own respective LOL accounts. But others really don't care about it, but still having fun.
Also, I have seen one player beside me that after his game, his win-loss record at normal was around 102-172 (W-L) and always frustrated, complaining for himself even joined an arranged match with his few friends. But well, I really don't mind his frustrations, just playing though.
