Manga/Anime You Read/Watch

Nevertheless, I highly recommend you watching this if you liked Death note and if you're a fan of mind games and psychology. Commander Pixis mentioned that the titans might have been brought on by someone wanting to unite humankind. This might be a piece of foreshadowing, but we don't know enough to say for sure. It remains to be seen :) I am however, more certain of one other thing. That titans are humans(well, were). This is hinted at in the chapter that Conny (I think it was) returns to his hometown and sees his house. Not to mention the obvious similarities in physiology. I believe there might be several factions of titans involved. One either seeking the destruction of humankind or farming humans for food/enjoyment and another trying opposing them. (the ones trying to destroy/farm humanity possibly being the ones in power, hiding as humans, while Reiner+co are trying to get to them through any means necessary) Ymir might just be acting alone (defecting from the other titans?). I am at least somewhat certain that Ymir and the other three aren't on the same side, partially due to her being long time friends with Christa and the other three infiltrating during the first attack on the walls. When did Bernholdt mention that? I have no memory of that at all. Also, what do you think about Commander Evans purposefully culling the numbers to reduce the possible amount of infiltrators? Which is a shame, because [i]Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun[/i] started out very well. It just did not manage to continue to be fun past the first few episodes. It's not fantastic, but it's a solid romcom and is consistently enjoyable through the first two thirds at least. Unfortunately, like many romcoms, it gets a touch more serious towards the end, losing its lighthearted charm, but by the point I got that far into it I wasn't just going to stop watching regardless. I don't recall its ending being atrocious, but I do recall it being the standard sort of not-really-fulfilling ending. I've also finally gotten started on this season's anime, after not watching anything besides [i]Hunter x Hunter[/i] for two solid months.[/quote]

[/quote] I just finished [i]Chuunibyou[/i] and was about to post my opinion until I noticed you pretty much said it all. Exactly like you said, the ending was so-so and it got a bit too much dramatic for a romcom in the end. But at least they announced a second season which kind of makes it up for the ending, unlike [i]Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun.[/i] I will be going for [url=http://myanimelist.net/anime/9289/Hanasaku_Iroha]Hanasaku Iroha[/url] this time. Then I'll start watching either some action/fantasy anime or drama/romance anime. Romcoms shouldn't be chained as they easily get heavy on the heart.[/quote]
