Focus on your own performance, stick to a limited amount of champions per role, look up some guides from pro players for those champions to make sure your builds are correct - or read up on general guides to improve your overall game knowledge - and stop blaming teammates. Even if you lose a game because of bad teammates, you shouldn't worry about it as long as you did all you could and made little to no mistakes (especially if it's a normal). As a sidenote, 231 normal wins is still a pretty damn low amount. Generally I'd advise people to not even [i]start[/i] playing ranked before they reach ~500, simply because it shows they're inexperienced and it will likely only affect their rating negatively if they start too soon.
