I think this build is only for players who want to play like Vayne, but she is either picked, banned, or your team's composition is focused more for grouped team fighting and not skirmishing.
Otherwise just pick Vayne. Duh
Here's the thing with this build: it turns Graves into an AdCarry instead of an AdCaster at early levels. BorK is used for early attack speed, which allows Quickdraw to come back off of cool down faster, and it really does work well in the transition from early to mid game. It allows for incredible kiting and chase, while focusing on auto attacks as a priority over Buckshot and Collateral Damage(use those to zone/hit multiple targets And finish off from long range, respectively).
My one suggestion(and I am sure this is where anything I've said will lose credit, but try it out!) is to build Runaan's Hurricane as the attack speed item in game. Not always, of course. but if Your team has a high single target damage or pull abilities(like Diana or Oriana) it allows you to effectively always have Quickdraw off or nearly off of cooldown, and constantly keeps the attackspeed buff active. Given that this is an auto attack heavy build, it also helps in proccing BorK's passive(and could also aoe Cleaver stacks effectively, but only do this if your team is running an ad comp).
Or... at least mention it as a possible alternative build.
Maybe call it "Outlaw Surfer" or something, in commemoration of his new upcoming Pool Party skin.

+1 because this shed new light on Graves.
Sup Grafic. I have no doubt that your mechanics are great or that your ADC truly is D4 level but I will simply have to be like everyone else and wtf at your Botrk first item choice.
Simply put, BT as a first item gives more autoattack damage, more spell damage AND makes you gain more HP back, even when you take the Botrk's active in consideration. The only thing Botrk has on it is the slow/haste which honestly don't matter that much when you could simply buy BT and burst an enemy down 2 seconds faster and not even need to kite/chase in the first place.
The lifesteal quints seems unnecessary on Graves, especially with your build, as well but that's also up to debate too.
plixxy pl0x answer
Sprit Visage synergizes with the lifesteal mechanics of the build. Plus you get MR and CDR which protects him when he is CCed and gives him more DPS by lowering his CD on QD. Most ADCs buy some sort of defensive item when they having trouble staying alive. SV is just a good option in case those situations.
I really question the viability for two life-steal items, let me show why...
Some quick math:
BotRK+BT+LW+PD
Average dmg per hit: [165 + (165*2 *.3)] = ~265
Lifesteal: 27-33%
Life/Hit = ~71 to ~88
BotRK+IE+LW+PD
Avg dmg per hit: [135 + (135*2.5 *.55] crit = ~320
Lifesteal: 15%
Life/Hit = ~48
So is ~40 extra life per hit better than 55 extra damage per hit?
Not in my opinion! You will be dead if you get focused long before that extra life regen makes any difference. If you go on to see that over multiple attacks, lets say 10, the benefits of IE become even better. 400 Life regen'd or 550 extra damage?
*I ignored Attack Speed and LS runes because it would be the same on both builds
Answer: You don't. -1
I did, the paragraph after. I added colors to indicate. Thx
