If I have helped in anyway at all a +rep will be appreciated lots

Thanks to LaCorpse, Hogopogo and JhoiJhoi for the amazing sigs
it's a coding problem. In most circumstances the game has not registered you have moved until after you land.
besides this is fine imo, adds an element of counter play, if this wasn't in the game, a number of champions just wouldn't be viable due to a lack of gap-closers or escapes (think season 2 ADC's)

Thanks for the Signature MissMaw!
It seems to me that it's a detection problem just as it was with singed/voli's fling connecting even after the enemy has flashed/blinked. They should fix it in a way that, for example either
Nevermove connects and
Arcane Shift doesn't get casted, or
Arcane Shift gets casted and
Nevermove doesn't connect in the first place.

It seems the opposite of counter play to me, the game's rewarding you for not dodging something and punishing the person who read your movements well and sent that precious cc to that particular area only to be pooped on.
like i said, champions with escapes and gap closers would be far superior to champions without it. To the point that you would probably see viability based on gap closers and escapes like we did often in Season 2

Exactly what I mean Yaya.
I don't get your poin Mooninites. I'm already complaining they get favored as things are. What's the point of landing
Dark Binding on Kha, Jarvan, Tristana, Ezreal, Graves, etc if they still move if it lands just as they cast that ability? The champ with mobility is being favored as things are right now.
