I mean in general though :P
For example, in my case, sure, I play vs some silvers in normals, but it's not like that never happens when I play gold V ranked (in fact it's probably likely to happen). Meanwhile, I also face golds, plats and even the occasional diamond player.
Well, the point still stands that I'm playing a champion I've been maining for well over a year, vs players who are mostly trying out new stuff. Of course normals would be a stomp for me as Talon.
I'm not saying that I SHOULDN'T be playing Talon in normals, but I think that's what polse means. :P
