I hate to down-vote guides.... But reconsider your Cheat-Sheet, Guide structure and just how you explain things..... Also do not give out false information.
Certainly Rectifiable V.I.A Adjustments and general improvement, I will watch the guide for a while, if I do not see any substantial changes to at the very least, the Cheat-Sheet, my Vote is un-likely to change. Sorry.

Maybe not in any kind of a position to comment here, I am not so sure, but you see, you stated in your Guide, that "Trinity Force Amplifies your Auto-Attacks Damage by 150%, and thus, 150% is added into your Burst." You are wrong. It amplifies one Auto-Attack by 150% of your BASE AD, which, at Level Eight-Teen, is a pretty basic... 105.8 Attack Damage, thus, you get a sub-par 158.3 (Or something like that.) Additional Damage to one Auto-Attack per Two-Seconds. I am, by no means saying Trinity Force is not Viable, but it is sub-par, when you could get much more AD from other Items, which would amplify your Burst in a much greater way.

Oh, and by the way, "I don't have the time", or "I can't be bothered" aren't excuses to copy someone else's guide. I myself am working on a Talon guide right now. But I'm taking it quite slowly. I started making the guide on 2011-11-27, and so far, I've written "My History With Talon", and the Introduction. Apart from that I've been trying to find a good format to use on the Pros / Cons section. It's been taking me a long time, but I'm being patient. When I've decided on a format to use for the Pros / Cons section, I'll finish writing that and continue with the rest of the guide. The fact that it's going to take me a long time is no excuse to copy someone else's guide. Especially not the top Talon guide. I suggest you delete everything in the guide that you didn't write yourself, be patient, take the time to write up your own guide, and try to format it in a way it looks good. Or you can just write it up and deliver it as a huge wall of text, it's better than copying someone else's guide. That's intelectual property theft, or something. Not quite sure of the name of the crime. I was brought up bilingual so there's a few words / phrases that I've missed out on.

Ok, so I actually tried using the build. They surrendered 20 minutes in and my stats were 6/2/3. So does that mean that offtank talon works? No. Why not? Well, you see, when I got to 5/2/3, the only items I had were Doran's Blade, the Brutalizer, and Mercury Treads. After I got a Giant's Belt, I got one more kill, then they surrendered. The problem with that game was that a skilled Talon player can get amazing stats with just the first few items he gets early game. I never got to verify whether building as an offtank works. However, though, I did look at your Nocturne guide to see what it was like. And I noticed that in your match history with nocturne, it showed one match you played with Talon. I'm assuming that you were using your offtank build. Your stats were 19/11/9. And I can't help but wonder: How come you had more deaths than I do in an average Talon game, when I build Talon for pure AD, and you build him for more survivability? You should have less deaths, but you didn't. And I was thinking that maybe this is why. The way I build Talon, I run into the team fight and swiftly burst down someone, then maybe manage to kill someone else with Rake and Noxian Diplomacy. After this, maybe my health is too low to risk continuing, or the rest of their team has run away after seeing that they've already lost the fight. So I've got a kill or two, or maybe I even got a triple kill. Then I can go recall and get the next item in my build. With your build however, what does Talon gain at all from being an offtank? With not enough damage output, you run in and burst someone, and everyone just starts focusing you. MAYBE you manage to kill that person you bursted before his team kills you. So what have you done? Gotten a kill for a death. Or maybe you managed to get the kill with no problem and managed to tank well enough for your team mates to kill the rest. But what's the point in that? Olaf can offtank. And he's good at it. He can absorb lots of damage while still dealing lots, too, thanks to his abilities. But what does Talon bring to the table as an offtank? What can he do that other offtanks can't? He can't absorb as much damage, he's naturally squishy. He can't deal too much damage either, because he was made to scale with AD and deliver small but deadly bursts of damage. So what he does, is burst, then get focused. Offtanking just isn't what he's meant to do. That's like taking Veigar and deciding to go AD. Sure, if he's got good items like a Bloodthirster, two Phantom Dancers, and an Infinity Edge, he'll deal lots of damage. But why go AD when he works so much better with AP, and there are champions who work so much better than him with AD? And it's the same with Talon. Yes, he can offtank. But why go offtank, when he works so much better with AD, and there are champions that work so much better as offtanks than him?

Also, by the way, you can't use rake to farm after Talon's nerf. It used to cost about the same mana as Noxian Diplomacy and Cutthroat. Not to mention Talon had a higher base mana regen than most champions. But now his mana regen is slightly smaller, and Rake costs a considerably large amount of mana. You easily become OOM if you try to farm with it. You'd need a mana regen item or at least mana regen seals to farm with rake. And I think even then you'd become OOM. ( Oh, by the way, OOM means Out Of Mana, if you didn't already know that. )

On the Cons section, you say you can't use your ult to juke the enemy because the blades give your position away. That's not true. You can easily juke them. Yes, when you become de-stealthed, your blades will give away your position. But while stealthed, you gain 40% movement speed. So by juking them while in stealth, chances are they won't be able to catch up to you when your stealth ends because you'll have gotten a lot of space between them and you.

the goal of this build is to show how i stuff MY talon and it was my first build, I don't have the time for doing a long explicate guide. And the explication are good for all talon so why not. if I'm bann for this I can understand but the stuff i'm proposed is very good.

check the introduction (done by myself) to understan the AD at the begining and don't forget atma's give lot of Ad combinate with a warmog
I hope you will try m build in game to change your view and maybe I will do all the guide by myself if i've got the time.

Offtank Talon? You're not taking enough early game AD to fulfil your true bursting potential. Other reason I've voted this down: Why have you copy and pasted most of your info from FlavorTown's Talon guide? It's not not nice to copy and paste the top Talon guide's info into your own guide, dude. So away from the top 10 you go.
