good guide!

finally someone like you recognize that frozen mallet is pertect of TALON!! all the other guides dont have frozen mallet on theirs and thats why i came to yours! thank you

Well, the build in itself, could work but is naturally wrong for a Glass Cannon.
1: Ionian Boots. Okay yes, these are good on Talon.
2: The Bloodthirster. Again, really good on Talon. 100 AD is sick, given you take the time to stack it.
3: The Black Cleaver. +1 For Armour Penetration fun. XD
4: Trinity Force. I am lost? The Sheen proc adds "150% Bonus damage to your next basic attack, based on your current BASE AD." Your Base AD at level eight-teen is 105.8 AD, so 158.3 Damage is sick? Most of the stats are pretty useless unless you are hard-carrying your team. But I will not pick holes, if it works for you, I guess why not?
5: Maw of Malmortius. It's alright, but out-done by Mercurial Scimitar.
6: Frozen Mallet. The Mercy Proc later game is useless anyway. The HP is useless, you might aswell build a Ravenous Hydra at this point. You get more damage out of it, given you remember to use Item Actives.

I agree with your points 2,3 and 4.
5. Most champions have just one escape. Sure use flash.
6. Nope. Do the math.

1. No need to try it when you know so much about the character that you know it won't work.

2. Max Rake first, not Noxian Diplomacy. Rake gives you a kinda hard to dodge range ability while Noxian Diplomacy is an empowered auto attack.

3. You need to tell us what lane you're going to. If you max Noxian Diplomacy either in top or mid you will be ****ed, Going into melee range against Darius for example or Brand really isn't the brightest of ideas...

4. You don't start with Boots so you will have a disadvantage against any other lane becuase they're faster than you. Sure, you have more health and damage but they're faster.

5. Talon has one escape so getting Exhaust is a really bad idea, especially when his escape gets countered by Oracle's Elixir.

6. Deadliness is useless, take Havoc instead because it will deal more damage even at the start of the game.

I don't know bbcoding okay! I figured out a good build so i shared it to help others and see what they think of it, so gimme a break! Your guide doesn't become more effective because you embedded a picture of the boots you build!

Why is this guide being downvoted? No love for Talon?
The build itself is fine, but the MOBA community likes pictures and stuff. You should try to pick up some BBCoding if you can (jhoijhoi has a guide on this!). Also, try to add a couple of pictures and stuff.
Talon's ult can help you disengage fights, or help you reposition yourself in fights, so you should try to show pictures of that - remember, a picture is always worth 1,000 words! ;)
