Viktor no longer has auto attacks, he is neither ranged nor melee. He is just a support machine.

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Anyone else think it's a pre-emptive tag change based on a upcoming kit change "soon" tm?

possible, but I'd be really surprised if they changed his kit so drastically that he would be considered a support over mid lane champion. Generally riot doesn't like sweeping changes that alter the playstyle (or atleast the option to play him in his original role,mid)

Well not like literally making him a support, but maybe give him a bit more utility to be considered a support mage like Orianna?

I would probably like to see him go the route of Zyra. A viable mid and support. Orianna is a utility mage, I think there's a difference.

Not sure would they could do to actually make him a viable support. They cant just give him more effects on his abilities, they'd have to come through the cores, which means he'd suck in lane as a support no matter what. XD
