another thing - ill just say a few words about that skill sequence (dunno if that lagger guy is trollin or not) but if you start traps, sure you can put some traps down for a bit of zone control. but as soon as the enemy ad knows that you don't have an aggressive trading skill at level 1, if hes any good he will take advantage of that. For example, if i was a vayne i would be looking to traed against you with an auto attack + tumble, where as you can only use your auto attacks to trade back so you would lose that trade no matter what.
I think is not a bad guide nor a good guide. It's more of a "it has potential guide". How about spending those mastery points on havoc instead of butcher and destruction. I understand your build focuses on turrets and pushing but you are also talking about harassing so I think havoc would be better. Also I would get traps at level 3 instead of another point on Q. Items always go for IE unless you are having a tough lane then go for BT. Also as Gale said just make a conclusion chapter or summary for that matter. Overall guide with potential just need to fix some stuff. Keep at it :)

as for picking havoc over butcher - havoc will let you deal 2 more damage if you're dealing a 100 damage. that's.. honestly really underwhelming. Instead i can put those 3 points into taking towers at over TWICE that rate (5% > 2%) and being able to last hit MUCh easier in lane as well as be able to last hit with your tower better.

Maybe you should get on the same level as laggernewbie first.
RosePark said it already. QEW is correct. (I personally would go QWE). QEQW is wrong. W at level 4 is way too late, it is an important tool for securing your lane. There is no reason to take Q at level 3, especially when it has W-synergy.
Caitlyn's level 1-4 skills are situational...
