Is He MF 2.0 or Not?
While lucian's ult is kinda ridiculous, I think MF's claim to fame is that her ult does massive AoE damage; lucian's doesn't quite do the same amount of AoE

Nope, he has got so many more options from MF, in build path and in gameplay. She can only be built with big emphazis on her ult and ad ratios, without any other options, while trying to be viable.
While he can have multiple options. If you just look at his ult, you can see that it scales with ad and attack speed, that are already 2 options.
Also he has resetable gap closer, bigger range harass and better ***sassinating potential than MF.

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.
