Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Me as Shyvana and Byakuya as Dragon Tamer Lulu. We'll be equal colleagues.
We get to farm up to level 3 or 4 and then go back and buy with whatever gold we have.
The other 5 players stay at lvl 1 and buy 475 gold's worth of real items and the rest of the gold they have can be spent on consumables. No Elixirs allowed for either team. Wards allowed. Oracles not allowed.
The other 5 players will be :
Dragon Slayer Vayne
Dragon Slayer Jarman
Headhunter Nidalee
Headhunter Rengar
Headhunter Master Yi
The rules are like this :
Once Shyvana and Dragon Tamer Lulu leave base, they cannot go back. If one of them dies, they stay in base forever. The other 5 players can leave base once they die but cannot recall or walk back once they've left their base. Nobody can go into lanes or leach minion exp BUT you can cross to the other side of the jungle through mid lane when there aren't minions or in the two entrances behind the first tower of mid lane. You can't camp inside those areas because the turrets will make it impossible to do anything. You can go into the areas in top lane and bot lane where there AREN'T minions. You can't camp in turret range again.
For the Dragon Team to win, they must get 5 kills total OR survive until 20 minutes. We can adjust this time if it's too easy or too hard. For the other 5 players to win they must kill the Dragon Team before 20 minutes. Of course the losing team surrenders at 20 or everybody leaves. We can adjust things like the starting level of the Dragon Team and the time they must survive if it's too easy or hard.
And when I mean when there are minions in the lane, I mean DYING minions. AKA minions that are fighting each other or getting hit by the tower. If the minions are just strolling along then it's OK.
