Anyway, most of it is fixed. Your pros and cons are still a bit long here and there.
For example, I'd change:
"+ He is a ranged champion with a nice DoT apply on hit passive."
To:
"+ He is a ranged champion
+ He has a true damage DoT on hit"
And:
"+ If you master how to play Twitch you can do tons of damage"
To:
"+ Twitch deals tons of damage"
Stuff like that. Also; your rune explanations seem rushed. You explain it like:
Butter is for bread. Milk is for your glass. Bread should be on the plate.
Try to make it more of a story like:
When you want to make a healthy breakfast, the best option would be to take blablablabla.
If you understand what I mean :D
Then finally, the flash map is still hard to "read".

You could make it more flash out. The easiest way to do that is by using 2 colous. Draw an extra line next to each red line, but then in a different colour (Like white or something). You can also make the lines bigger, wider, stuff like that. Be creative :3

Well I don't really agree with that, but well the...the readers is always right. Anyway; since you think their are hard to see even when I made them more clear, what colour should I use to mark them as red is (you says) hard to see. It would really help.

1. Coding errors in the mastery chapter (the pictures) FIXED
2. Try to keep pros and cons short. "Ambush is a nice ability to have, but if you gets caught it won't really help you. The enemies will probably have some kind of effect like bleeds, ignite etc. and/or they stay so close to you and attacking you that they see you anyway. Therefore bring Flash to every game!" for example, is just way too long. Instead say: Stealth may be delayed, disallowing easy escapes. Also: Bonus con: Oracle's IMPROVED, NOT FIXED
3. "AR pen works good too against champions." Then why is AD better? Explain plz! (In the guide, not here) IMPROVED, NOT FIXED
4. I had to look a long time at the "flash map" untill I found out that there were arrows within. Make them more clear please. NOT FIXED
5. Please note a few important things in the summoner spell chapter. For starters, do not take
6. Important note for tactics; You said you always should focus the enemy ADC, which is not always the case. Only when the ADC is in reach without bringing yourself in danger, then you should focus the ADC, untill then, focus the enemy bruisers. Survival > enemy ADC. FIXED

Nice guide, also I heard somewhere that under the right circumstances twitch can kill an entire enemy team in 3 seconds is this true?

3 seconds...hm, not sure, but I have did in 4 secs, but it was a squishy team. Also it depends on how the enemy team is, if they're all tanky it isn't possible.
