Runes, Summoner SPells, Items, Masteries and even Skill Order (need W before level 8...) are wrong.

I dont like teemo and i admit it but im not downvoting for it. im downvoting cause ur guide isnt anything of special. Runes and masteries are really.. yeah, better dont tell ya, and the build is just bad, not really any kind of damage, no tankyness ad isnt really ap, but hybrid. items can be good in other comp, but this build is just bad. Why the hell wota on teemo?he dosent even have any kinda of single target spammable BURST damage skill that make it worth. btw, just the usually ap teemo build(even if this is hybrid).

P.S. i dont think i need to mention no explanations and tips or trick this guide gives.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it appears as if this guide is going more Hybrid Attack Speed Teemo than AP Teemo?

Wrong items, weird and wrong runes, masteries make you a dead teemo in your lane.

Comparing this with the 9001 other teemo guides, this one is not optimal at all. -1.

Runes are dumb. Masteries are just bad because you don't even get any critical chance before 30 min mark and probably you won't get any by then. The items are also dumb. Rushing Runaan's Hurricane before boots and getting Will of the Ancients is stupid. Liandry's Torment is must have on ap Teemo. Not a single word about Rylai's Crystal Scepter. Nothing about Exhaust.
