I don't really understand why would you rush a Chalice of Harmony and get Kage's Lucky Pick or Philosopher's Stone. If you didn't rush a Chalice of Harmony, you could start with a Doran's Ring and two Health Potions, which would totally get her enough sustain with Essence Theft and the passive from Doran's Ring along with some tiny beefiness. 60 health is awesome early game. I think your point on getting Chalice of Harmony is the mana regen, but I would only get it if I couldn't have blue buff and I'm facing a hard AP enemy.
About the GP10 items, I think Kage's Lucky Pick or Philosopher's Stone would suit a support much better than Ahri, as she doesn't need this extra gold income, especially with her Orb of Deception. It makes farming extremely easy. Also, if you read the order of the items, looks like you prioritize GP10 over boots, which makes you totally vulnerable to ganks.
I won't tell you getting Rylai's Crystal Scepter over Rabadon's Deathcap is the worst idea ever, but Rabadon's Deathcap is core on every AP champion. I would rather get a Needlessly Large Rod and Boots on my first back. Also, Rabadon's Deathcap has many more uses than Rylai's early game. Huge boost on AP is better, although Rylai's Crystal Scepter could be more useful later as all of Ahri's abilities procs the slow from it.
Athene's Unholy Grail isn't really core on Ahri. Yeah magic resist, AP and mana regen... So, what now? There are lots of better items, I would rather call it situational, and you should have a section for this kind of item. Including Will of the Ancients on this section would be better, as it's an aura item and there is no real point on getting it if, let's say, your team has a heavy AD composition and only you would benefit from it. Stacking it with Essence Theft sounds awesome, and it really is, but there are better options on AD heavy teams situations.
About the skill order, why would you max Charm over Fox-Fire? A 1 second Charm is enough for pulling out your full combo. I think it should be maxed last. Fox-Fire is amazing. Casting it right after you Spirit Rush, following with a Charm to hold your enemy and using Orb of Deception, then Ignite and the other dashes from Spirit Rush... Instant 100-0.
A lot of your masteries are really wrong. Brute Force on Ahri? Hello, she's an AP champion. Getting AD won't change anything. Wanderer isn't really the best pick as she has enough in-built mobility. Instead, you should get Mastermind and Runic Affinity to improve your gameplay.

First of all Chalice is a great item for laning phase gives you high mana regeneration along with magic resist, dorans ring isnt very useful on ahri as her ap scalings are bad. Also if you actually use your eyes and look at the build double gp10 is my build...my OLD build that was used in s2, i still sometimes run it when I'm bored. Those grant stats you need and it lets you scale into late game a little bit better with the massive gold bonus. If you were any good at the game you don't need to rush some ap item, I can easily kill them with double gp10.
Rabadons is not core on every AP champion, if you take a look at what you are buying you'll realize deathcap first is a terrible idea. If you get it the only thing you accomplish is taunt the enemies by effectively saying "Look at me I don't need items to kill you". Rylais is essential on playing Kite Ahri.
Athene is never core for ANY APC, its just very useful for them. Massive CDR, splotch of AP, Infinite mana and magic resist. Who could resist when you go against magic damage lane?
About the skill order...its called preference if you read my other guide you'll notice how I talk about the difference between maxing W and E.
Masteries wrong? I think not. AD Helps with last hitting, you don't need it but its nice to have. Wanderer helps with mobility...I'm not ulting just to move down river like wtf. Mastermind isn't all too useful when you have a low CD ultimate. Runic Affinity? Why? Do you really need those buffs that badly that you would spec points into it so it lasts a little bit longer? I would rather have that +100 cs tyvm
I also suggest you check out this updated one instead of *****ing about an old build that doesn't exactly fit in s3
