I'm a little appalled by the responses people are giving you referring your language skills, people need to understand that no matter how you speak and or look everyone deserves respect. Now that we have that out of the way I'd like to say your best bet is to have a friend revise your guide so it is a bit more readable for the sticklers above. Other than that I will give your guide a try tomorrow, good luck!

I would suggest refining your English a bit first, unless English isn't your first language, in which case you could just make a European guide. I've seen some of those around.
The reasons I don't like this are going to be redundant with the reasons others have stated:
BBCoding is pretty... Cross-eyed seems to come to mind. Point being it's badly done.
Spelling is as gracefully written as a dead horse.
The item section seems to have been thrown together in a 'Whatever' fashion.
Not too fond of the runes there, mate.
Rod of Age's is pretty garbage in my opinion, especially if you want to go full AP. There's simply much better AP items.

Want a quick easy but minor way? Take RoA out of my sight.

About the bbc code, I did change it all, except for the runes, as for some reason I wasn’t able to paste the link. Then, tell me what else you need, as I wrote my last post after finishing repairing all the bbc code that the other member had told me about. However, if all you wanted to do was criticize, try implementing something new instead of just repeating what the rest have already said ;)
About my language level, as I have already said, Sorry. I know intention isn’t all, but I would be more than happy to read you writing in my own language, maybe then we would be in the same page... However, even when you manage to speak a language you should also consider your manners, as we can all have certain difficulties. For such reason I was checking all the guide, but I won’t start any argument, that is your point of view and I respect it.

I try to reapair all the mistakes, but I still have problems with the runes I don't know why but I can't copy well the link.
And its my first guide for that all the help you can give its a nice idea. Because I want to make better guides to help other player like other players helped me in other moments =)
Item section is messy
Skill sequence is fine.
Masteries looks fine.
Spelling errors and lack of BBCoding.
Very short guide.

Items are okay, except for RoA. If you want to be less squishy, try rylai's. Your runes aren't optimal, but not bad either (I prefer armor seals and magic resist glyphs, because twisted fate's range is kinda low, other than his very easy to dodge
Your item sequence is also really "meh".
