Hello my friend! Welcome to my guide. Perseverance fully activates at 10% health. It gradually declines. The math you speak of is rather simple. In fact, even an idiot could do it. But, your powers of observation fail you. Yes, it's crazy I know. A guide that tries to support Garen as much as possible in his weakest lane phase. Now, if you have more to say, please, say it in a more delightful manner, perhaps you could impress me if you behave courteously.

I'd recommend some Magic resist glyphs, if you face an AP Top lane, your going to have a bad time. 1.5% increased movement speed is not very noticeable, nor worth taking.

Correct full damage build for Garen is TBC -> Atma's -> IE. Not that ravenous hydra ********.
We choose RH for pushing the lanes and taking towers, not just for damage.
LW never unless enemy team has Malphite, Taric and Rammus on the same team. Garen doesn't exactly deal tons o'damage in the first place, and then his big KSing execute is magic.
Yup I know, just forgot because I don't play him that often, and when I do, I jungle him.
I'd imagine the move speed to be great (better than zephyr) but TBC would be better in bruiser-on-bruiser clashes since Garen can proc the armor shred.
