You could give a champion also 4 ultimates because it is unique, but that doesn't make it a good idea ;P

The reason why I don't like this whole passive thing is that it is a bit overdose. For example, you have a HP regen boost passive, and a lifesteal passive on an ability. It is a bit double don't you think? Better just make 1 regen passive instead ;P

He shouldn't have the ad role, he should have the tank role which still does good damage. An Idea would be to take this former rework of me:

replace the W with this new W while increasing the lifesteal from his W while his ultimate is active, instead of giving the lifesteal directly.

The likelihood of him scaling entirely off health is slim to none. Even
Aatrox and
Vladimir have ad and AP ratios.
Not to mention that Health is one of the most cost efficient stats in the game.By allowing him to scale directly with it with no drawbacks is broken as hell. Also, having flat health costs sucks. There's a reason why no one notices the health cost of
Tides of Blood, it's because at a certain point is hardly matters when ALL health based champions have innate sustain and usually BUILD sustain.
Change it to % health like Zac and trox.

Things i am currently sceptical about:
Slow strength on Q
The number of the HP ratio on Q
Does he really need the armorpen on Q because of W
The % of stats stolen on W
The number of the health ratio on E
Is the MS bonus on his ultimate high enough to counteract, that he has no gap closer
