Change innate to: "Enemy champions whose distance towards Ukaso becomes lower than a certain threshold are blinded for a short duration. This effect cannot occur on the same target for a short duration."

@R; So a combination of Graves W and GP's ult? In combination with your W it is a very crazy ability. Enemies within can basically not see anything at all. Anyway, the damage is a bit crazy (if you consider that eventually you will deal 900 damage + 330%AP damage when enemy remains in there for full duration). I'd reduce the duration to 4 seconds at all times and reduce the AP ratio to 40% per second.

tldr; Overal, a very heavy CC champ. I'd tweak up some damage of the Q&W abilities, while reducing the CC. With the ultimate, reduce the duration and the AP ratio :3

So I read this and I really the changes. And onto the questions you had. Yes I guess he could get snared from snares. The w would be 1 second? Does that seem like a good amount? And for the toggle, I'm not sure it's a good idea because a lot of the abilities become stronger so for now, I think it should stay the same. But thank you for your ideas and changes.
